Three view sources on one graph
The Views graph plots your own agency website, Property24 and Private Property as three separate series, so you can see which one is actually carrying the listing.
Which listings are winning, which need attention.
Built for Western Cape estate agents working Sea Point, Camps Bay, Constantia, and beyond. Listing Performance has no provincial version and nothing regional to switch on. Agents in Western Cape get the same screens and the same fields as agents anywhere else in South Africa. What changes is the stock you work, not the software.
From Listings, click the listing you want. The drawer opens on Details, with Dashboard, Leads, Marketing, Timeline and Documents along the top.
The Dashboard tab opens with three tiles: Days on market, Internal alerts and Portal alerts. Below them sit the Views, Leads and Alerts graphs.
Views plots your website, Property24 and Private Property over the window you pick. All three read off listing-stats records, and the two portal series land there on the statistics reconciliation run.
Open the Marketing tab and pick the seller report template. RealtyPA fills in days on market, online views, enquiries and on-show feedback, then renders a PDF.
The Views graph plots your own agency website, Property24 and Private Property as three separate series, so you can see which one is actually carrying the listing.
The Leads graph separates your website from Property24 email, Property24 tel, Property24 SMS and Private Property enquiries, so you can see which channel actually produced the lead.
The Dashboard tab counts days since the listing went live, so the number is in front of you before you open the price conversation.
Yes. Listing Performance has no Western Cape version and no provincial setting to configure. An agency working Sea Point, Camps Bay, Constantia, and beyond gets the same screens, the same fields and the same defaults as an agency anywhere else in South Africa. The province is the context you bring to it: median Western Cape price is R2.1M, and the trend there is stable, mid-single-digit growth.
Property24, Private Property and your own agency website. All three are drawn on the Views graph, and the Leads graph splits your website out from Property24 email, Property24 tel, Property24 SMS and Private Property. RealtyPA pulls the portal numbers with a reconciliation run that requests yesterday's figures. Neither portal pushes them to us.
Yes, through the Marketing tab. Pick the seller report template and RealtyPA fills in days on market, online views, enquiries, a 21 day view series and on-show feedback, then renders a PDF you can share.
No. RealtyPA does not recommend a price. 'Price reduced' is a banner you tick yourself on the price record. Ticking it is one of the conditions for announcing the drop to Property24: the advert also has to be Active and the new price has to be strictly lower than the price Property24 last accepted from us.
