Every RealtyPA login is a WhatsApp one-time pin, with email as the fallback if WhatsApp cannot be reached. The same number reaches the RealtyPA support team. Blu, the assistant, works inside the CRM rather than on this number. Two way client messaging over WhatsApp Business is still marked Coming Soon.

    Enter your WhatsApp number

    The login screen opens on Log in and asks for your WhatsApp number. Type the cell number your agency registered and continue.

    Read the one-time pin

    The screen changes to Look out for an OTP and the six digit pin arrives on WhatsApp. Email takes over only if WhatsApp refuses the message.

    Get help on WhatsApp

    Open Help Center in the sidebar, or under More on a phone, and tap Contact support on WhatsApp. It opens a chat with the RealtyPA team on +27 67 552 6107.

    Ask Blu inside the app

    For a question about your own records, open Ask Blu in the CRM instead. Blu reads your workspace there, which it cannot do over WhatsApp.
