Get the account linked
Tick Publish to Property24 on a listing before your workspace is linked and RealtyPA shows a Link Property24 account screen. Press it and a team member contacts you or your workspace admin within one business day.

Tick the portals
On a listing, the Portals divider has a Manage action. Manage portals lists Publish to Property24, Publish to Private Property and each of your agency websites.

Publish the listing
The Publish new listing wall pushes to every ticked portal and streams a log line for each. It warns that portals take a few minutes to reflect the change.

Fix anything rejected
A rejection shows Sorry, publishing failed with that portal's own error text, a Retry button and a Get help button. The Logs tab keeps every run, so nothing is guesswork.

Approval before it goes out
Turn on listing approval and a non-admin's change waits for an admin to review it before it reaches the portals. Everyone else publishes straight through.
Per-portal performance
The listing's Dashboard tab graphs views and leads by source: your website, Private Property, and Property24 broken out into email, telephone and SMS enquiries.

Which portals are integrated?
Property24, Private Property, and any website RealtyPA builds for your agency. Each one is a separate Publish to checkbox on the listing.
Do I still need my portal account?
Yes. Private Property is connected with the Username, Password and Branch GUID they issue you. Property24 runs against your agency's feed credentials plus your public Property24 agency or agent URL.
What happens if a portal rejects a listing?
The publish wall shows Sorry, publishing failed with the portal's own error message next to its logo, plus Retry and Get help. Every run is kept in the Logs tab.
