Today

Your day, already laid out

Open RealtyPA and the day is on one screen. The diary for Tuesday 18 August, seven tasks with six of them already late, and nine leads on the board. No report to pull, no spreadsheet to open.

  • The diary, hour by hour. The day runs down the left from 05:00 with Add Appointment sitting in the widget header, so booking a viewing never leaves the screen.
  • Tasks filtered where it hurts. All (7), Overdue (6), Due today (0). The count you look at first is the one telling you what is already late.
  • Leads while they are still warm. All 9, New 2, Active 2, Won 2, with the message on the row. Ilse Venter asked for a valuation on 19 Fiskaal Street three days ago.
  • Blu at the top of the sidebar. On a desktop, Ask Blu sits above Today in the sidebar, already inside your workspace. No tab to open, no context to paste.

Listings

The whole book, and where each deal stands

To let and for sale in one list. The stage against every property, the asking price, and the agent it belongs to, so nothing quietly goes stale at the bottom of the pile.

  • Stages you can act on. Rented, Active, Draft, Under offer: Bond approved. The stage tells you where the deal actually is, not just whether it is on the market.
  • To let and for sale, together. R9,800 p/m in Langenhovenpark sits next to R3,950,000 in Heuwelsig. One book, both sides of the business.
  • An agent on every listing. Chantelle Prinsloo, Sibusiso Ncube, Wynand Loubser, Ruan Kotze, Ayesha Kader. Handovers, follow-ups, and commission splits are never a debate.
  • The same three controls, always. List view, Filter, and Sort: Listing date. Five listings or five hundred, you find the one you want the same way.

One listing, one drawer, nothing anywhere else

Open 12 Sonkring Mews and the whole listing is in front of you. The stage at the top, the portals, the address exactly as buyers will read it, the media count, and the mandate price.

  • The stage is the headline. Under offer: Bond approved sits in green at the top of the drawer, and it is a dropdown, so moving the deal along is one click from here.
  • Nine tabs, one record. Details, Dashboard, Leads, Potential leads, Showtimes, Marketing, Timeline, Documents, Activity. Everything about this property lives behind one address.
  • See the portal address before the portal does. A preview shows the exact line that will publish: Sonkring Mews, Unit 12, Sonkring Mews, 8 Rietbok Road, Westdene, Bloemfontein.
  • The gaps flag themselves. Listing price R1,195,000 and Media 8 images are green. Features 0/2 completed and the missing mandate type are red, before a buyer notices.

Pipeline

Every enquiry lands in one list

Property24, Private Property, and your own website all feed the same pipeline. One list, every stage, the source recorded against each lead, and nothing sitting unanswered while you are out on a viewing.

  • Every portal, one pipeline. Property24, Private Property, and website enquiries arrive in the same place, alongside valuation requests and list-property enquiries.
  • Stages that mean something. New, then Active, then Active: Contacted. You can see at a glance who has been called back and who is still waiting.
  • Won and Lost, with the reason. Won: Converted, Won: Referred, Lost: Competitor, Lost: No response. Six months in you know exactly what is costing you business.
  • The source is on the record. Every lead carries where it came from, so you can stop paying for the channel that never converts.

Call them back from the screen you read it on

Open Rethabile Motsoeneng and the whole enquiry is there. What she asked for, where she came from, and WhatsApp, Call, Text and Email across the top.

  • Answer in the channel they used. WhatsApp, Call, Text, and Email sit above the record. Nobody copies a number into their phone and loses the thread.
  • The enquiry in their own words. “I want to list my house in Langenhovenpark.” Source: List your Property. You know what the call is about before you dial.
  • The stage is a button. Lost: Competitor sits in red at the top and drops down to every other stage. A lost lead is recorded with its reason, not quietly deleted.
  • Tasks and appointments on the person. Add a task or an appointment against the lead and it turns up on Today with everything else you owe somebody.

Contacts

Everyone you deal with, in one book

Twenty-eight contacts with name, contact type, email and mobile on every row, sorted by date added and searchable from the same bar you search properties with.

  • One book, not five. Neo Motaung, Charmaine Fortuin, Themba Xaba, Jolandi Steyn, Mandla Ngobese. One list instead of two phones, a notebook and somebody’s old spreadsheet.
  • The columns you actually use. Name, Contact Type, Email Address, Phone Number. On the row, not two clicks deep in a profile.
  • Sorted and filtered your way. Sort: Date added, with Filter beside it. The person you met this morning is at the top of the list this afternoon.
  • Search anything, anywhere. On a desktop the bar across the top of every screen searches everything at once. Results come back grouped as Properties, Addresses, Contacts, Users and Others, and Others is where your leads, tasks, notes and appointments land.

Contact profile

POPIA and FICA on the person, not in a folder

Open Mandla Ngobese and the compliance work finally has a home. POPIA and FICA are tabs on the contact, sitting next to their leads, their matches, and the whole activity trail.

  • POPIA where the consent belongs. A tab on the person whose data it is, so you can answer a POPIA question from the record instead of digging through two years of email.
  • FICA on the file. The FICA tab lives on the contact, which is exactly where the next agent in your office will go looking for it.
  • Leads and matches, one tab across. Every enquiry this person has made, and the properties that match what they are after, without leaving the profile.
  • Reach them how they answer. Whatsapp, Call, SMS, and Email across the top, and a portfolio underneath for the properties they already own.

Tasks

Nine tasks, and the three that are late

Every follow-up in one list with a stage, a type and a real due date. Overdue is red, due today is amber, and nothing gets to hide at the bottom of a notebook.

  • Late is impossible to miss. Send Sonkring Mews OTP to attorney, six days late. Call Pieter re: offer feedback, a week. Confirm Saturday show day staffing, three days. All of it in red.
  • The type tells you the job. Phone call, Email, WhatsApp, Follow Up, Appointment. You know what the task needs before you open it.
  • Due dates in plain words. 19 Aug 2026, 10:00 · in 14h. 17 Aug 2026, 10:00 · yesterday. The app does the arithmetic so you do not.
  • Stages, not just ticked or not. Completed, In progress, Upcoming, Due today, Overdue. Book photographer for 19 Fiskaal is already marked Completed.

Notes

The thing you would have forgotten

Kliphaas: geyser replaced 2024. Sonkring levy history. Viljoen: no marketing. Eight notes, titled the way you actually think, holding the detail that wins the next conversation.

  • Written the way you talk. Show day walk-in feedback. Fiskaal St valuation notes. Oosthuizen sale motivation. Titles you can scan in a second, six months later.
  • The seller detail that closes. A geyser replaced in 2024, a levy history, a seller who will not allow marketing. Facts you cannot look up and cannot afford to lose.
  • Sorted by date added. Sort: Date added, with Filter and search beside it. What you wrote at this morning’s viewing is at the top.
  • Team memory, once you grant it. Every note carries a Who has access list. Grant it to a user, a team or an office and the detail lives on the record, not in one person’s head. Nothing goes agency wide on its own.

Blu

The assistant is on every screen

Ask Blu sits at the top of the sidebar on a desktop, and on a phone it is the round button above the add button. Open it and it already knows whose workspace it is in: “Hey Thandeka, I’m Blu! How can I help?”

  • It opens knowing you. No tab to find, no prompt to engineer, no data to paste in. Blu greets you by name inside the CRM you are already working in.
  • Starters, not a blank box. What should I focus on today? What’s new in RealtyPA? I think I found a bug. I want to speak to support. Can you add a new feature?
  • Support goes through the same window. The bug you hit and the feature you wish existed reach us from the place you noticed them, not from a separate help desk.
  • Ask in your own words. The composer says exactly what it wants: What do you need help with?

On your phone

The same app, in your pocket

Not a separate companion app. The phone runs the same bundle as the browser CRM, on the same login, against the same data, with Today, Map, Listings, Leads and More along the bottom. The layout is trimmed to the screen: a property opens on five tabs instead of seven, because Leads and Matches are desktop only, and lists come out as cards instead of a column table.

  • The pipeline in the car park. Ridwaan Achmat, New, Property24: “Is 28 Kliphaas Avenue still available?” Read it before you walk in, answer before you sit down.
  • The source icon on every lead. p24, Private Property, Website. You can see where an enquiry came from without opening it.
  • Your whole book, one tap in. All five listings with price, stage and type on the row. R1,195,000, Under offer: Bond approved, For Sale.
  • One bottom bar. Today, Map, Listings, Leads, More. Those five are one tap from anywhere in the app. Contacts is not one of them and is not under More either, so on a phone you reach a person through the lead or the property they are linked to.
  • Blu comes along. The assistant is a round button above the add button, on every screen in the phone app. It opens the same Blu as the desktop, with the same starter questions.

Websites

Your listings, live on your own domain

Pro plans include a real website on your own domain. This is The Storey’s live site. Publish a listing in the CRM and it appears here on its own.

  • Synced automatically. Publish once in the CRM and the website updates itself, photos and all.
  • Your brand, your domain. Dark, light, minimal. The site is styled to the agency, not to us.
  • Enquiries come home. Website enquiry forms, public booking page viewings and rental applications all land in your Leads list, with the source recorded as Website. A newsletter signup is not a lead. It lands in Contacts, with the marketing consent stamped and dated.
