Rand or percentage
Commission type is a dropdown. Pick Rand and enter a rand value, or pick Percentage and enter a percentage. The listing shows whichever you chose.
Commission terms recorded on the mandate, the listing and the agreement.
Built for Western Cape estate agents working Sea Point, Camps Bay, Constantia, and beyond. Commission Tracking has no provincial version and nothing regional to switch on. Agents in Western Cape get the same screens and the same fields as agents anywhere else in South Africa. What changes is the stock you work, not the software.
Add a Mandate against the property. You set Mandate type, the seller, the price, a commission percentage, the expiry date and the agent.
On the listing Details tab, click the commission field. A Manage details drawer opens on a Commission section for that listing.
Choose Rand or Percentage, enter the value, then set commission VAT to Ex VAT or Incl VAT. The listing shows the result inline.
If the mandate type is Dual, Joint or Open, a commission split field appears. Enter the share and it saves on the record.
Commission type is a dropdown. Pick Rand and enter a rand value, or pick Percentage and enter a percentage. The listing shows whichever you chose.
A commission split field appears the moment the mandate type is Dual, Joint or Open. It stays hidden on Exclusive and Sole mandates.
Commission VAT is an Ex VAT or Incl VAT choice on every commission block, and the listing appends a plus VAT marker when Incl VAT is selected.
Yes. Commission Tracking has no Western Cape version and no provincial setting to configure. An agency working Sea Point, Camps Bay, Constantia, and beyond gets the same screens, the same fields and the same defaults as an agency anywhere else in South Africa. The province is the context you bring to it: median Western Cape price is R2.1M, and the trend there is stable, mid-single-digit growth.
Not as a tracked line item. There is no referral fee record and no payee field. A lead can be closed as Referred, which is a sub-stage of Won, but no amount attaches to it.
No. There is no commission statement and no commission export. The eleven CSVs in the workspace Export Data tab cover agents, contacts, listings, listing images, tasks, notes, enquiries, properties, emails, appointments and documents.
VAT is recorded per deal as Ex VAT or Incl VAT on the commission block. RealtyPA stores that choice, it does not calculate the VAT amount or produce a VAT report.
