Commission Tracking in Western Cape.

Commission terms recorded on the mandate, the listing and the agreement.

Built for Western Cape estate agents working Sea Point, Camps Bay, Constantia, and beyond. Commission Tracking has no provincial version and nothing regional to switch on. Agents in Western Cape get the same screens and the same fields as agents anywhere else in South Africa. What changes is the stock you work, not the software.

Questions

About Commission Tracking in Western Cape.

Does commission tracking work the same in Western Cape?

Yes. Commission Tracking has no Western Cape version and no provincial setting to configure. An agency working Sea Point, Camps Bay, Constantia, and beyond gets the same screens, the same fields and the same defaults as an agency anywhere else in South Africa. The province is the context you bring to it: median Western Cape price is R2.1M, and the trend there is stable, mid-single-digit growth.

Does it handle external referral fees?

Not as a tracked line item. There is no referral fee record and no payee field. A lead can be closed as Referred, which is a sub-stage of Won, but no amount attaches to it.

Can I export commission statements?

No. There is no commission statement and no commission export. The eleven CSVs in the workspace Export Data tab cover agents, contacts, listings, listing images, tasks, notes, enquiries, properties, emails, appointments and documents.

What about VAT on commissions?

VAT is recorded per deal as Ex VAT or Incl VAT on the commission block. RealtyPA stores that choice, it does not calculate the VAT amount or produce a VAT report.
