Can I keep certain listings off Property24 and Private Property?
Yes. Manage portals gives each listing a separate Publish to switch for Property24, for Private Property, and for each of your websites. Leave them off and the listing only exists inside your workspace.
How does buyer qualification work?
You capture what the buyer wants on a property requirement: suburbs, transaction type, property type, a price range, bedrooms, bathrooms, garages, parking, pools and pets. They can also be subscribed to new listing alerts and on show alerts.
Can I customise the brochure templates?
Not yourself. Templates are built and maintained by RealtyPA: the Add marketing template action and the template editor only appear inside the RealtyPA workspace, so agencies brief their template rather than editing the Google Slide in the CRM. Each template carries a 'Who has access?' grant, so it can be scoped to particular agents, teams or offices when it is set up for you.
