Open the Marketing tab
Open a listing or a property. Marketing is one of the drawer's tabs and it lists the marketing templates available to your workspace under a Templates heading.

Pick a template
Click one and the drawer opens headed Generate, followed by the template name. Templates flagged Requires a listing ask which listing to use.

Check the filled fields
Each field the template declares is filled from the listing, the parent property or the listing agent. Edit anything that reads wrong before you generate.

Download the PDF
Press Download PDF. RealtyPA copies the Google Slides template, replaces the values, exports a PDF and hands you the file.

A Brochure button on your website
Set a brochure template on the website and every listing page on your agent website gets a Brochure button that builds the same PDF for the buyer.

Can I customise the templates?
Templates are built and maintained by RealtyPA. The Edit button on a marketing template only appears inside the RealtyPA workspace, so agencies brief their template rather than editing the deck in the CRM.
What formats can I download?
PDF. Download PDF is the only enabled action in the template drawer. PNG and JPG generation exists in the API but the buttons are switched off in the interface.
Can I track who's viewed a brochure?
No. The brochure is a generated PDF file, not a tracked web page, so there are no per-recipient view counts, view durations or scroll depth. The only thing recorded is that a brochure was downloaded from the CRM.
