WhatsApp is how you get into RealtyPA and how you get help. Every sign-in starts with your WhatsApp number and a one-time PIN, and the same number reaches the RealtyPA support team. Blu, the assistant, works inside the CRM rather than on this number, and offers you a WhatsApp button through to the team when you ask for a person.

Message the RealtyPA number from the Help center drawer's Contact support action. The Help center also carries an Ask Blu row for quick questions, which opens the assistant inside the CRM instead.
Sign in with a one-time PIN
There is no password. You enter your WhatsApp number, RealtyPA sends a one-time PIN to it, and you type the PIN in. If WhatsApp cannot be reached the PIN goes to your email instead.
Escalation to a person
Ask Blu in the CRM to speak to a person and it adds a Chat with our team on WhatsApp button to its reply. That button opens a RealtyPA team line, not the support number above, so use Contact support in the Help center when you want the published one. Blu sends nothing on your behalf either way, you tap through and type the message yourself.

Open the support chat
In RealtyPA open the Help center drawer and press Contact support, or save +27 67 552 6107 on your phone. The sign-in screen has the same button if you are locked out.

About the WhatsApp Support integration.
What is this connection used for?
Two things: your sign-in PIN, and support. Messaging your own clients from RealtyPA is not part of the CRM. The WhatsApp Business connection screen says Coming Soon and lists direct messaging, broadcasts and message history as planned features.

Message +27 67 552 6107, either from the Help center drawer inside RealtyPA or from the Contact Support button on the sign-in screen if you cannot get in.
