Google Workspace
One company key covers Gmail, Calendar and Contacts for the whole agency.
RealtyPA connects Google at the agency level with a single domain-wide delegation key, so every agent on your Workspace domain is covered without anyone signing in individually. Appointments you save push to the agent's Google Calendar, and a background job pulls Google events back at each agent's chosen frequency.
Two systems. One workflow.
Calendar sync
Save an appointment in RealtyPA and it is created on that agent's Google Calendar, or patched if it is already there. A background job runs every 15 minutes and pulls Google events back for any agent whose sync interval has elapsed. That interval is hourly by default, and can be set as tight as 15 minutes or turned down to manual.
Contacts sync
The contacts sync runs in either direction or both. Inbound it walks the whole Google address book and matches against your existing contacts by Google resource name, then email, then phone number, and only creates a new contact when nothing matches.
Tasks sync
The agency key covers Google Tasks as well, and the tasks sync reads an agent's Google Tasks list through it. Pushing the other way is the exception. Saving a task in RealtyPA creates or patches it in Google Tasks and stores the Google task id on the task, so the next save patches instead of duplicating, but that push runs off a per-agent Google Tasks token. An agent who has not connected one gets the pull and not the push, so ask us where Tasks stands for your agency before you plan around it.

Your Workspace admin authorises us
Your Google Workspace admin authorises the RealtyPA service account in admin.google.com under Security, API controls, Domain-wide delegation. This is a one-time step for the whole domain.

RealtyPA links your domain
A RealtyPA admin enters your Workspace domain and one test user email on your workspace record, presses Connect to validate the key, and the Google Workspace card flips to Connected.

Backfill every agent
Press Backfill all users and RealtyPA runs the Gmail inbox sync and the Google Calendar sync for every eligible user on the domain. The card then reports coverage as users synced out of total.
About the Google Workspace integration.
Can I connect my own Gmail account?
No. The connection is made once at agency level against your Google Workspace domain, and your Workspace admin has to authorise RealtyPA's service account for it. An agent on a personal gmail.com address is not on that domain, so the agency key does not reach them. That also means this is an agency integration, not something a solo subscriber can switch on alone.
What about Outlook or iCloud?
The Calendar Sync page under Settings lets you pick Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook / 365 or Apple iCloud Calendar, and it says plainly that the page stores your preference for now. Google is the provider RealtyPA connects and syncs today.
Will my whole Google contact list import?
The inbound sync walks your whole Google address book. It matches each Google contact against your existing RealtyPA contacts by Google resource name, then email, then phone number, and only creates a new contact when nothing matches. There is no per-contact selection step, so treat it as a full import.
Can I disconnect and keep my data?
Yes. Removing the agency key clears the key, the client email, the domain and the scopes, and sets the status back to not configured, which stops the sync. Contacts, appointments and tasks already in RealtyPA and in Google are left exactly as they are.
