Publish listings to South Africa's biggest property portal and pull the enquiries back.
Tick Publish to Property24 on a listing and RealtyPA formats the advert, attaches the photos and posts it to Property24's listing API, then reports Syncing, Synced or View error back on the listing. Property24 enquiries come the other way off Property24's account-wide lead feed, which RealtyPA polls every ten minutes, so a lead reaches your Leads screen within about ten minutes of being sent.

Push listings out
Build the listing once in RealtyPA. On publish we send the copy, price, status and photos. Photos go out at 1920px on the long edge at quality 85, which matches Property24's recommended 1920x1080, and RealtyPA generates that variant on the fly for any photo that does not already have it. The one exception is a listing whose whole photo set would push the request over Property24's 60MB limit. RealtyPA then re-encodes the entire set a tier down, to 1600px, then 1280, then 1024, until it fits.
Pull leads in
Property24 enquiries are pulled every ten minutes from Property24's account-wide lead feed and land in the Leads screen with source Property24, carrying the enquirer's name, number, email, message and the matching listing. Each run picks up from where the last one finished, with three hours of overlap so nothing falls through a timezone boundary. A workspace's first ever run looks back 24 hours.
Status follows the stage
Move the listing to Under offer, Sold, Rented or Withdrawn and the next publish sends Property24 the matching advert status, so you never re-key it on the portal.

Ask RealtyPA to link your agency
There is no portal password to type in. Press Link Property24 account and a RealtyPA team member contacts you or your workspace admin within one business day to start the link.

We load your API credentials
RealtyPA stores your Property24 API username, password and agency ID against your workspace and sets the integration status to linked. Publishing stays blocked until all three are present.

Publish listing by listing
Nothing syndicates on its own. Open the listing, press Manage on the Portals row and tick Publish to Property24. The Logs tab in Manage portals keeps every sync attempt.

Do I need a Property24 subscription?
Yes. RealtyPA pushes listings on your behalf, but you keep your existing Property24 account and subscription.
Are leads attributed to Property24 in reports?
Yes. Every portal lead is stored with source Property24, and the listing's Dashboard tab charts leads as Property24 - Email, Property24 - Tel and Property24 - SMS next to your website's leads.
What happens if my listing fails Property24's validation?
The listing's Portals row switches to View error. Press it and RealtyPA shows Property24's own rejection message, and the Logs tab in Manage portals keeps the full sync output for that attempt, so you fix the record in RealtyPA and publish again.
