Keep your Private Property presence without double keying. The same listing publishes to Private Property over their SOAP feed, using the same photo set Property24 gets, and their enquiries are pulled back into your Leads screen every ten minutes on the same job that fetches Property24's, rather than pushed by a webhook.

Push listings out
One listing in RealtyPA, one checkbox per portal. Private Property receives the advert with signed links to the same photo set, and Private Property rejects an advert that reaches it with too few images.
Pull leads in
Private Property enquiries are pulled from their lead feed every ten minutes on a moving cursor, and land in the same Leads screen with source Private Property. A workspace with no cursor yet, meaning its first run, looks back 24 hours.
One sync log per attempt
Each publish writes a sync log you can open from the Logs tab of Manage portals, and a Private Property failure appends the portal's own error text to it, so a rejection is readable in RealtyPA instead of guessed at.

Ask RealtyPA to link your branch
Press the Private Property row on a listing and RealtyPA opens a handover screen. A RealtyPA team member then contacts you or your workspace admin within one business day. There is no self-serve portal sign-in.

We load your feed credentials
RealtyPA stores your Private Property username, password and branch ID against your workspace. Publishing is blocked until all three are set and the integration status is linked.

Tick the portal per listing
Open a listing, press Manage on the Portals row and tick Publish to Private Property. Nothing syndicates until you do, and the row then shows Syncing, Synced or View error.

Do I need both portals?
No. You can connect either Property24 or Private Property, or use both to broaden listing reach.
Can I price differently per portal?
Price, copy and photos are the same on both portals. RealtyPA sends one prepared listing payload and Private Property gets signed links to the same photo array Property24 receives, so there is no per-portal copy or photo variant.
Does it support boost / premium listing upgrades?
No. Boost, featured and premium upgrades are not part of the integration. Neither portal adapter sends or reads an upgrade flag, so buy those on Private Property directly. The one Feature control RealtyPA does have is 'Feature on your website home page', which is your own agent website, not a portal.
