Pull a full deed report on a property you search: registered owner, transfer history, bond amount and bond holder, title deed numbers, stand size, zoning and municipal valuation. The data comes from the Knowledge Factory PropInfo API, and each report you open counts against your monthly deed allowance.

The registered owner and every past transfer, each with sale price, sale date, registered date and title deed number, old and new.
Transfer timeline
Open Transfer History on the property to see each transfer's Deed Info and Bond Info: sale price and dates, bond amount, bond holder and bond registered date.
Erf, zoning and valuation
The property record carries erf number, stand size, portion number, zoning, deeds office and the municipal valuation with its date. Erf boundary overlays on the map currently cover the City of Cape Town only.

The Today dashboard shows Deed Searches used against your limit under Prospecting Usage. Reopening a property you already pulled this month does not cost you another report.

How current is the data?
A deed only changes on transfer, so a pulled report is cached for 30 days by default. The property drawer stamps 'Deed data as at' with that date and gives you a Refresh button to force a fresh pull whenever you need one.
Is it POPIA-compliant?
Deed data comes from the Knowledge Factory PropInfo API, not from a scrape of the portals. Every pull is logged against your user and the specific property, which is how your monthly count is worked out and how a repeat open of the same property is recognised as already paid for.
Do I get charged per query?
Deed reports are metered per month, not unlimited. An Individual plan at R299 includes 50 reports a month, R499 includes 75 and R799 includes 150. An agency workspace runs on its own limit, counted per agent rather than pooled, and it defaults to 150 a month unless a different number is set against the workspace or the agent. The cap stops the pull, so a runaway search cannot bill you without limit. Whether reports are also billed as top-up packages on the month-end agency invoice is a term of your agreement, so check yours.
