Creating a listing on mobile
From the kitchen table to the portals, on your phone.
Capturing a listing while you are still at the seller's kitchen table closes the loop on the appointment. The RealtyPA app on iOS and Android is the same CRM, but the phone layout is a cut of it: a property opens on five tabs instead of seven, because Leads and Matches are desktop only, and lists come out as cards rather than a column table. Everything this guide needs is on the phone. Here is the order to do it in.

Open the app and tap the blue plus
The add sheet slides up from the bottom right with Add property, Add contact, Add lead, Add task and Add appointment, plus Add note and Add feedback unless your workspace has hidden them. There is no Add listing pill, because a listing always hangs off a property. Tap Add property.

Find the property
RealtyPA switches to the map and asks you to pick a property from the map or by search. Address autocomplete is restricted to South Africa, and "Enter address manually" opens a blank address form for the ones the search does not turn up.

Pick the deed record
Picking an address geocodes it and runs a deed search on that spot. Open the right deed record and tap "Add to properties".

Add photos and details
Add images to the property gallery, then fill in the listing. Rates and levies are all manual currency fields: monthly rates, monthly levies, special levy, sectional title levy, CSOS levy and the rest.

Tap Publish
Publishing checks Classification, Address, Features, Media, Description, Price, Mandate Type, Expiry and Agent, then asks which portals to push to. If your agency requires approval it goes to "Awaiting approval..." and every workspace admin is notified.

Shoot landscape. Property24 documents 1920x1080 as its recommended listing resolution, and RealtyPA encodes every listing photo to a 1920 long edge at quality 85 with the EXIF rotation applied.
RealtyPA does not retouch or stage photos. It rotates by EXIF, resizes inside a 1920 box and never upscales a smaller source, so what you shoot on the day is what the portals get. The only time it goes smaller is when a Property24 payload runs over the size cap and the whole set is re-encoded a tier down.
Lost signal shows a persistent offline banner, because your work is not reaching the server. Wait for it to clear before you keep typing rather than assuming a draft is queued.
