Connecting Property24 + Private Property
Set up once, then pick portals per listing.
Stop double-keying listings into the portals. Once Property24 and Private Property are linked to your workspace, you tick which portals a listing goes to and RealtyPA pushes it. Leads come back on a scheduled pull, stamped with the portal they came from.

Ask RealtyPA to link the portals
Portal API credentials live on your workspace and are set in AdminPA by RealtyPA, under the Property24 and Private Property cards. There is no self-serve tile and no "sign in with Property24".

Check the status reads linked
A workspace counts as connected when its Property24 or Private Property integration status is "Linked". Until then the "Publish new listing" screen leaves the portal tick boxes out altogether. "Manage portals" on the listing still shows both rows, but pressing an unlinked one opens a "Link Property24 account" screen instead of ticking it.

Publish a listing and pick the portals
Open the listing and tap Publish. The "Publish new listing" screen lists "Publish to Property24", "Publish to Private Property" and one line per agency website. Tick what you want.

Clear the checklist first
Publishing checks Classification, Address, Features, Media, Description, Price, Mandate Type, Expiry and Agent. Anything missing is listed with a warning icon before the listing can go live.

Watch the sync status
The listing carries a Property24 and a Private Property badge that reads synced, syncing or error. "Manage portals" has a Logs tab with the full sync attempt breakdown.
From agents who've done it.
One listing feeds both portals. You write one description title and one description body and pick one photo set, and both the Property24 and the Private Property payloads are built from those same fields. There is no per portal copy and no per portal photo selection.
Portal leads land under Leads, which is in the sidebar on a computer and in the bottom bar on a phone, with Source stamped Property24 or Private Property. Both portals are pull based, so a lead is ingested on the next scheduled run, not the moment it is submitted.
Off-market deals: leave both portal boxes unticked on the publish screen. Your own agency website is a separate tick box, so a listing can live on your site only.
