Open Edit Features
In the CRM open the property, then open Edit Features. This is where the physical and financial detail for the listing is edited.

Find Rates & levies
Scroll to the Rates & levies divider. Monthly rates and Monthly levies sit directly under it, both currency fields with their own icons.

Split out the scheme levies
Special levy, Sectional title levy, Admin levy, CSOS levy, Reserve fund levy, Storeroom levy and Parking levy each get their own field, and Home owner levy appears on residential and agricultural properties.

Add the caveat, then publish
Rates & levy comments is free text. Every figure you enter publishes on the property page under the Rates & Levies heading, and the comment gets its own Rates & Levies Comment heading.

About Rates & Levies.
Does it estimate water and electricity?
No. There is no utility estimation and no monthly carry cost total. The fields hold the figures you enter or the ones the Property24 import found.
Does it know my municipality's rate?
No. There are no per-municipality rate factors in the product. Monthly rates is whatever figure is captured against that specific property.
Can I explain an unusual levy to the buyer?
Yes. Rates & levy comments is a free text field in the same section, and it publishes on the property page under a Rates & Levies Comment heading.
