Sectional title needs different data to freehold. Open a complex, estate or sectional scheme and RealtyPA lists the other units in it, and the scheme Overview shows the highest and the latest sale recorded inside that scheme.

Search the scheme address
Search the address or tap the map. In the results a complex, estate or sectional scheme groups its units under one row carrying the scheme name.

Open the scheme
Tapping that row opens the scheme drawer, headed with the scheme name, the address, the number of properties and the scheme number, plus a Properties tab.

Check the Overview tab
The Overview tab shows Highest sale recorded and Latest sale recorded for the scheme, each with the amount, the date and the unit itself.

Open a single unit
Back on the Properties tab, tap a unit to pull its own deed report: owner, transfer history, bond, zoning and the Knowledge Factory valuation.

Can I see other units in the scheme?
Yes. The scheme opens with a Properties tab listing every unit the deeds record holds for that scheme, and tapping any unit pulls its own full deed report.
Can I see the body corporate financials?
No. RealtyPA pulls the public deeds record, so units, owners, transfers, bonds and valuations. Levies are yours to capture, under "Rates & levies" in the property Features drawer, which takes monthly levies, special levy, sectional title levy, CSOS levy and reserve fund levy.
