Open the listing
From Listings, click the listing you want. The drawer opens on Details, with Dashboard, Leads, Marketing, Timeline and Documents along the top.

Go to Dashboard
The Dashboard tab opens with three tiles: Days on market, Internal alerts and Portal alerts. Below them sit the Views, Leads and Alerts graphs.

Views plots your website, Property24 and Private Property over the window you pick. All three read off listing-stats records, and the two portal series land there on the statistics reconciliation run.

Leads split by channel
The Leads graph separates your website from Property24 email, Property24 tel, Property24 SMS and Private Property enquiries, so you can see which channel actually produced the lead.

Which portals are tracked?

RealtyPA pulls the portal numbers with a reconciliation run that requests yesterday's figures. Neither portal pushes them to us.
Can I share performance with my seller?
Yes, through the Marketing tab. Pick the seller report template and RealtyPA fills in days on market, online views, enquiries, a 21 day view series and on-show feedback, then renders a PDF you can share.
Does it suggest price adjustments?
No. RealtyPA does not recommend a price. 'Price reduced' is a banner you tick yourself on the price record. Ticking it is one of the conditions for announcing the drop to Property24: the advert also has to be Active and the new price has to be strictly lower than the price Property24 last accepted from us.
