Book a Matterport or Eye Spy 360 scan with your provider, paste the space ID or share link onto the listing, and RealtyPA carries it through to the portals so remote buyers can walk the property before they ask for a viewing.

Book the scan
Matterport and Eye Spy 360 are third party services. Book the shoot with your provider and wait for the space ID or share link.

Open the media drawer
On the property, open media. The drawer is headed Add media and holds Images, Videos and 3D Tours.

Paste under 3D Tours
Scroll past Images and Videos to the 3D Tours divider. Put the space ID in Matterport and the share URL in Eye Spy 360.

Publish to the portals
On the next publish, Property24 receives the Matterport space ID and the Eye Spy 360 URL, and Private Property receives the Matterport ID on its own listing update call.

Views, not heatmaps
There is no per room tracking. What you do get is the marketing report, which totals views from your website, Property24 and Private Property.

Do I capture the tour inside RealtyPA?
No. Matterport and Eye Spy 360 are outside services. You book the scan with them, then paste the space ID or share URL onto the listing.
Which portals show the tour?
Property24 takes both Matterport and Eye Spy 360. Private Property takes Matterport only, so an Eye Spy 360 tour will not appear there.
Can I add video as well?
Yes. The same media drawer has YouTube and Vimeo fields under Videos, and the YouTube video ID goes to both Property24 and Private Property.
