Transfer History
Every property transfer on record.
Open any property and every recorded transfer is listed: the buyer, the sale price, the sale and registered dates, the title deed number, and the bond registered on that transfer. It comes from licensed Deeds Office transfer records, not from a portal.

Open the property
In Properties, tap a pin or a search result to open the property drawer. The Overview tab lists address, contacts, past transfers and valuation.

Open past transfers
The past transfers row carries the last sale price and date. Tap it to see every transfer the deeds record holds for that property.

Read one transfer
Each entry opens the Transfer History drawer: Deed Info with owner, sale price, sale date, registered date and title deed, then Bond Info.

Refresh a stale deed
A cached report prints Deed data as at with its date and a Refresh button, so a property that has just transferred is one tap from current.

Full ownership timeline
Every transfer on the record appears under past transfers, and the latest sale price and date are summarised on the property Overview tab.
Owners become contacts
Each transfer that names a buyer and carries their identifying number is created as a linked contact, typed as a person, company or trust. A company registration number and a trust number are stored whole. A person's ID number is stored as its first six digits followed by asterisks.

Where does the transfer data come from?
From Deeds Office transfer records, pulled through RealtyPA's licensed property data provider when you open a property. Nothing is scraped from listing portals.
How current is the transfer data?
A deed you have already pulled is cached for 30 days. When RealtyPA serves the cached copy it prints Deed data as at with the date, and a Refresh button next to it re-pulls the record live.
Can I see bond amounts?
Yes. Each transfer stores the bond amount, the bond holder and the bond number recorded against it, shown in the Bond Info section of the Transfer History drawer. Bond cancellations are not part of the record.
