Every lead in RealtyPA carries a source. You pick it from a fixed list on the lead, and leads that arrive from Property24 or Private Property have theirs stamped on arrival and locked. Referral fee calculation, attribution chains and a referrer portal are not part of RealtyPA.

Portal leads are labelled
A lead that arrives from Property24 or Private Property comes in with its source already set and the field read only, so it cannot quietly be relabelled.
The alert names the source
The notification for a new lead reads New Property24 lead or New Private Property lead, so you know where it came from before you even open it.
About Lead Sources.
Is there a referrer portal?
No. RealtyPA has no referrer portal. Referrers cannot log in and there is no view of their pipeline or paid history.
Does RealtyPA handle inter-agency referrals?
Not as fee records. You can note the source on the lead, but any inter-agency split has to be agreed and settled outside RealtyPA.
Are referral fees calculated automatically?
No. There is no referral fee engine and no fee record, so nothing is calculated, VAT stamped or handed to your accountant at month end.
