Every matching buyer, one tap from the listing.
Save a buyer's requirement once: suburbs, price range, transaction type, property type. When you publish a matching listing, RealtyPA counts the opted-in buyers and shows you the number before you send, with your name and number on the email that goes out.
Open the contact, go to the Matches tab and add a property requirement. Set Suburbs, Transaction Type, Property Type, Price, Bedrooms and Bathrooms. Contacts is a desktop sidebar item, so on a phone open the person from the lead or the property they are linked to.
Inside the requirement, tick Subscribed to new listing alerts, or Subscribed to on show alerts, so the contact joins the recipient list for matching listings.
On the contact's POPIA tab, opt them in for Receive Email communication, Hold & process data and Receive property alerts. Without all three, nothing is sent.
With Property alerts enabled on the workspace, publish an active listing and RealtyPA counts the matching contacts and asks, Send subscribed contacts alerts. Tap Send alerts and the email goes out.
One property requirement on the contact's Matches tab captures suburbs, transaction type, property type, price range, beds, baths, kitchens, garages, parkings, pools and pets. The alert matcher runs on the first four. The rest narrow the Matches list on the contact but never change who the alert email reaches.
Publishing an active listing counts the subscribed contacts that match on transaction type, property type, suburb and price. The same listing will not be re-sent to the same contact that month.
The alert email carries your name, phone number, email address, profile photo, a WhatsApp link, a call link and a link to your portfolio page, so the reply comes to you. Every alert also carries a per-contact unsubscribe link.

Yes, sending is a deliberate step. Either confirm the prompt in the publish flow, or use the Send alerts action on an active listing. Nothing reaches a buyer until you tap it, the buyer must be opted in for email, data processing and property alerts, and Property alerts enabled has to be on for your workspace.
Yes. Property requirements are added on the contact's Matches tab and each is matched independently, so you can keep an ideal search and a stretch search side by side.
