When a buyer registers, add a property requirement on their contact record: suburbs, transaction type, property type, a price band, rooms, garages, pools and whether pets are allowed. RealtyPA stores it under the contact's Matches tab, and when you send alerts on a matching listing the buyer gets an email from you.
On a contact, the Matches tab holds their property requirements. Tap the property requirement widget and the Add property requirement drawer opens. Contacts is a desktop sidebar item, so on a phone open the person from the lead or the property they are linked to.
Give it a Title, pick Suburbs, Transaction Type and Property Type, drag the Price slider, then set Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Garages, Parkings, Pools and Pets Allowed.
Tick Subscribed to new listing alerts, or on show alerts, or both. The buyer also needs email, alerts and hold and process consent opted in.
Matches list under the same tab. On a matching listing that is active and syncing to your website, tap Send alerts and the buyer gets one email carrying your name, number and WhatsApp link.

A buyer only gets an alert with email, alerts and hold and process consent all opted in, and never twice about the same listing in the same calendar month. Read that as one deliberate tick rather than three: a contact created from a Property24 or Private Property enquiry already carries email and hold and process, set by the ingest. Property alerts is the one somebody has to set on the record.
Not yet. You keep the requirement current from the contact's Matches tab. Alert emails carry an unsubscribe link, which is the only self-service control today.
Widen it yourself. A listing has to match on transaction type, property type and suburb, and its price has to fall inside the buyer's price band, so a broader band finds more.
Yes. Transaction Type on the requirement switches between sale and rental, and the price slider drops to a rental range when you do. A buyer can hold more than one requirement.
