Open Today
Today is the first sidebar item on a desktop screen and the first item on the phone bottom bar, and it loads on the root route. The row of stat tiles sits below the greeting and the two rows of cards.

Read Total Listing Value
The first tile sums listing price across your listings and formats it in Rand. It is the asking value on your books, not expected commission.

Check the stage counts
The Listings card sits in the row above the tiles. The chips along its top carry a count each, and tapping one filters the list under it to that stage.

Compare against leads
The Conversion Rate tile is the share of your leads at Won. The Leads card carries the same kind of chips, New, Active, Won, Lost and Archived, each with its own count.

Stage counts on the Listings card
The Listings card carries a chip per stage with its count on it: Draft, Active, Under Offer, Expired, Withdrawn and Sold. Tap one and the list under it filters to that stage.
Conversion rate
Conversion Rate is the second stat tile: the share of your leads sitting at Won, rounded to a whole percent.

Does RealtyPA forecast next month's commission?
No. There is no forecasting model, no confidence range and no seasonality adjustment in the product. What you get is the current state of your book, in Rand and in counts.
Can principals see the agency numbers?
The numbers on Today are scoped to what you have access to: your own user record, your teams, your offices and the workspace itself. There is no switch on the page to widen it past that.
Do the stage counts follow a date range?
No. The chips on the Listings card are not tied to a date window. The All chip carries the total the server returns, and each stage chip counts the listings the card has loaded, which is the 500 most recent. By contrast the Prospecting Usage card is marked This Month, and each trend graph carries its own W, M, 6M and Y range pills.
