The Export Hub sits on the workspace as an Export Data tab. Only users on the workspace admin list see it, and the API refuses everyone else.

Each card names what it holds, from Contacts and Enquiries / Leads to Residential Listings and Residential Image Metadata, and carries its own version number.

Hit Download CSV and the API streams the rows straight into the download, scoped to your workspace and written with a UTF-8 byte order mark on the front.

What can I export?
Agents / Users, Contacts, Properties, Residential Listings, Residential Image Metadata, Enquiries / Leads, Tasks, Notes, Emails, Appointments and Documents (Metadata). Document metadata means names, types and dates, not the file contents.
Can I give someone else access?
An admin can mint an export access link with an optional expiry. Whoever opens it must still sign in and still be an admin of that same workspace, so it is not a way to share data outside the agency.
Can I choose which records go out?
Not yet. Each dataset exports in full for your workspace. Filtering to a subset of records happens after the download, in your spreadsheet.
