Bond amount and holder
For each transfer RealtyPA stores the bond amount, the bond holder bank and the bond number, and promotes the latest transfer's bond onto the property.
The bond recorded on every transfer, next to what was paid.
Every transfer in a property's deed record carries its own bond. RealtyPA stores the bond amount, the bond holder and the bond number alongside the sale price and registered date of that transfer, so the borrowing sits next to the buying.
Open a property from the Properties map or search. The pull brings the latest transfer's bond amount, bond holder and bond number onto the property itself.
The Overview tab lists past transfers. Each row is one transfer, so a property sold three times shows three separate bonds, not one merged figure.
Opening a transfer shows Deed Info, then a Bond Info section holding bond amount and bond holder from the deed plus a bond registered date field you fill in.
The same drawer shows sale price, sale date and registered date, so you can judge what was borrowed against what was paid on that transfer.
For each transfer RealtyPA stores the bond amount, the bond holder bank and the bond number, and promotes the latest transfer's bond onto the property.
Each transfer shows its sale price and registered date next to its bond amount, so you can judge borrowing against price yourself. RealtyPA does not score or flag it.
Open past transfers and each entry carries a Bond Info section with bond amount, bond holder and a bond registered date field. Cancellations are not in the record.
From the Deeds Office transfer records RealtyPA pulls when you open a property. Each transfer carries its own bond amount, bond holder and bond number. Bond cancellations and re-registrations are not part of that data.
The bond amount against the purchase price on the same transfer, and how long ago that transfer was registered. RealtyPA shows you both fields on the record. It does not rank or flag anyone for you.
Bond data on a property is part of the public Deeds Office record. RealtyPA stores only what that record carries: the bond amount, the bond holder and the bond number on each transfer. No affordability, credit or bank account data is pulled or joined to it.
