Every contact carries a birthday field, and RealtyPA fills it in automatically when a deed, director or trustee lookup returns an ID number it can read the date of birth from. The date is there when you want to use it.

Open the contact
Find the person in Contacts on a desktop screen, or on a phone open them from the lead or the property they are linked to, since Contacts is not on the bottom bar or under More. Birthday sits on the contact drawer as a date field with a cake icon.

Let a lookup fill it
If you pull a deed, a company director or a trust record that returns a South African ID number, the date of birth is read out of it and written to the contact.

Or type it in
Where no ID number came back, set the date yourself. It is an ordinary date field, so it behaves like every other date in the CRM.

Set a task to act on it
Create a task against the contact for the date you care about. Task reminders are what actually reach you, so that is what turns a stored date into a nudge.

Does RealtyPA remind me about a client's birthday?
Not on its own. The reminder engine covers tasks and appointments. To be reminded about a client date, create a task against that contact for the day you want it.
Does it track deal anniversaries or move-in dates?
No. Only the birthday field is captured on the contact. Occupation dates live on listings and applications and do not feed any reminder.
Will it draft the message for me?
No. There is no message drafting for contact dates. Blu can help you write a message when you ask it to, but nothing is generated on a schedule.
