Will restyled photos misrepresent the property?

The prompt replaces only furniture, soft furnishings and decor. Walls, windows, doors, floors, built-in cupboards, the view and the camera angle are held exactly as photographed, and the overlay carries a note that the furniture shown is not included in the sale.

Can I use a restyled photo on Property24?

No. Restyle runs on your agency website only. It never writes back to the listing, so nothing restyled reaches Property24, Private Property, a brochure or a social template.

Can we switch it off, or cap the spend?

Yes. A tenant can hide it entirely, and the website drawer carries a Monthly Restyle budget (USD). There are also daily caps, 400 generations overall and 50 per visitor.
