From a property, a contact, or Notes in the sidebar on a desktop screen and under More on a phone, add a note. It takes a title and a free-text description, both typed.

Under Related to, attach the note to the contact and the property it belongs to, so it stays with them rather than floating on its own.

Set who can see it
Under Who has access, choose whether the note stays with you or is shared with the workspace.

Attach the audio file
Files on a record accept mp3, wav, ogg, amr and m4a, so a voice memo recorded on your phone can be uploaded and kept alongside the note.

About Notes.
Can I dictate a note instead of typing it?
Not inside RealtyPA. There is no recording button and no transcription. Your phone keyboard's own dictation works in the description field, the same as it does anywhere else.
Can other agents see my notes?
Only if you give them access. Each note has its own access list under Who has access.
Can I attach a voice memo?
Yes, as a file. Files on a record accept mp3, wav, ogg, amr and m4a. RealtyPA stores it and hands it back as a download or a share. It does not transcribe it or search inside it.
