Online Viewing Bookings
Buyers pick a slot you opened. It books itself.
Open viewing windows on a property and Book a Viewing appears on its page on your website. The buyer verifies their phone with a one-time code, picks a free slot, and the viewing confirms itself onto your calendar.

Turn booking on
In the website drawer, find the Online Booking section and tap Booking Settings. On the General tab, switch on Enable Online Booking.

Set the rules
Still on General, set Default Viewing Duration, Buffer Between Bookings, Max Days in Advance, Minimum Notice and Cancellation Notice.

Open a viewing window
On the Viewing Windows tab tap Add Window, pick the property, the days and the time range. Generated Slots Preview shows what buyers will see.

Buyers book themselves
Book a Viewing appears on the property page with fourteen days of slots. The buyer picks a time, verifies their phone, and it is booked.

You set the rules up front
Instead of confirming each request, you decide in advance: viewing duration, buffer between bookings, minimum notice, how far ahead people can book, and cancellation notice.
Straight onto your calendar
The viewing is pushed to Google Calendar the moment it is booked, for each agent on the listing who already has a Google calendar connected, and inbound sync runs on the frequency you pick, as often as every 15 minutes. There is no Outlook push, so a Microsoft 365 agency sees the viewing in RealtyPA and nowhere else.

What happens when a buyer books a viewing?
It confirms straight away. The buyer gets a Viewing Confirmed email and a WhatsApp message, and every agent on the workspace gets a New Viewing Booked notification.
Can I reschedule or cancel a booking?
The buyer does it from that confirmation email, which carries Reschedule and Cancel links tied to a booking token, and cancelling frees the slot again. On your side the appointment has a Delete appointment button, which cancels it and clears it off Google Calendar.
Do bookings create leads?
Yes. Every booking logs a lead and a contact against the listing, and reminders go out 24 hours, 6 hours and 1 hour before the viewing.
