Give it a due date and due time, then choose a reminder. It arrives as an in-app notification at the offset you picked, plus a push where the mobile app is installed. Any contact linked to the task gets an email; you get one yourself only if you have ticked Email on that reminder row.

Attach the contact and property under Related to, pick an assignee, then set Who has access so their team can see it.
