Saved searches are property requirement records on the contact. Open the contact's Matches tab, add one, and give it a Title and a Description. Contacts is a desktop sidebar item, so on a phone open the person from the lead or the property they are linked to.
Choose Suburbs, Transaction Type and Property Type, then drag the Price slider. The band has to bracket a listing's asking price for the two to match.
Two tick boxes control delivery: Subscribed to new listing alerts and Subscribed to on show alerts. Leave both off and the search stays a quiet reference.

The Matches list on the contact uses every one of those fields, and the alert matcher is narrower, working on transaction type, property type, suburb and price.

New listing alerts and on show alerts are separate tick boxes on the requirement, so a buyer can follow show days without receiving every new listing.
Yes. Saved Searches has no North West version and no provincial setting to configure. An agency working Bult, Van der Hoff Park, Geelhoutpark, and beyond gets the same screens, the same fields and the same defaults as an agency anywhere else in South Africa. The province is the context you bring to it: median North West price is R920k, and the trend there is mining-cycle dependent.
Not today. You edit their searches for them in the contact's Matches tab. The alert email carries an unsubscribe link, which is the only control the buyer has.
