Open a contact and the quick actions bar is already there: Whatsapp, Call, SMS, Email. Tap one and you are in the message, not three screens away from it. The bar changes with the record, so a task offers Complete and +1 day, and an appointment offers Reschedule and Send reminder.

Open the record
Open a contact, property, listing, task, appointment or document. The quick actions bar sits at the top of the drawer, above the tabs.

Pick the channel
On a contact you get Whatsapp, Call, SMS and Email. Call dials straight away, the other three open your saved templates for that channel.

Clear consent
If the contact has not opted in for that channel under POPIA, a Contact Has Opted Out warning appears before anything opens.

Send, and it is logged
Pick a template. RealtyPA swaps in the variables, opens WhatsApp, your SMS app or your mail client, and writes an activity entry on the record.

The bar changes with the record
A task shows Reopen, Complete, +1 day, +3 days and +1 week. An appointment shows Reschedule, Send reminder and Cancel. A document shows Download PDF and Download DOCX.
Every send is logged
Opening a chat from the bar writes an activity entry on the record, so it shows that a WhatsApp, an SMS or an email went out.

How is this different from Smart Templates?
It is the same system. The quick actions bar is the button, message templates are the wording. There is no separate quick reply library and no AI-suggested reply.
Can my team share their best Quick Replies?
Yes, through message templates. Each template carries its own access list, so you can keep one to yourself or share it across the workspace.
Does the bar work across channels?
It covers WhatsApp, SMS, email and calling. Each one hands off to the app on your device, so the message goes out from your own WhatsApp, SMS app or mail client. RealtyPA does not send it for you.
