Templates that pull from the listing
Marketing templates carry dynamic text and image slots. Choosing a template on a listing fills those slots from the listing record instead of retyping the price, the suburb and the features.
Branded flyers and social pieces, built from the listing you already captured.
Built for Northern Cape estate agents working Hadison Park, Memorial Road, Royldene, and beyond. Marketing Collateral has no provincial version and nothing regional to switch on. Agents in Northern Cape get the same screens and the same fields as agents anywhere else in South Africa. What changes is the stock you work, not the software.
On any property or listing drawer, switch to the Marketing tab. It sits alongside the other tabs on both desktop and mobile.
The marketing browser lists your agency's marketing templates. Choosing one creates a marketing record attached to that property or listing.
Text and image slots pull from the listing record. Edit any of them in the marketing text and image drawers until the piece reads the way you want.
Download the finished piece as a PDF, or share it straight from your phone. Printing and distribution are yours to arrange.

The server renders your piece from the underlying Google Docs or Slides template, caches it by content hash, and hands back a download or the native share sheet on mobile. Download PDF is the only enabled action. PNG and JPG rendering exists in the API but those buttons are switched off in the interface.
Marketing is a tab on the property and listing drawers, so you build the piece next to the listing rather than in a separate design tool.
Yes. Marketing Collateral has no Northern Cape version and no provincial setting to configure. An agency working Hadison Park, Memorial Road, Royldene, and beyond gets the same screens, the same fields and the same defaults as an agency anywhere else in South Africa. The province is the context you bring to it: median Northern Cape price is R720k, and the trend there is steady, mining + agriculture led.
No. RealtyPA designs and exports the artwork. Printing, distribution and any neighbourhood drop are arranged by you with your own printer.
The editor opens the underlying Google file, so you edit it with Google's own tools. It is not a separate drag and drop canvas inside RealtyPA.
Not today. There is no QR generation in RealtyPA. If you want one on a piece, add it in the underlying template yourself.
