Is the disclosure populated automatically from a defect list?
No. There is no defect capture in RealtyPA. You complete the disclosure form yourself, the same way you complete any other document template.
Can I photograph defects on site and track repairs?
Not in RealtyPA. There is no photo based defect capture, no repair status tracking and no tradesperson assignment. Photos belong on the listing gallery.
Can the seller fill it in themselves?
There is no seller self service link for disclosures. The only tokenised portal we send to clients is the FICA document upload, which uses a WhatsApp one time PIN.
