Open a property from the Map, or a contact from Contacts on a desktop screen. There is no Contacts item on the phone bottom bar or under More, so on a phone you reach a contact through the lead or the property it is linked to. The drawer opens on its Overview tab, which already carries a files section.

Add files on the record itself and pick one or more documents at once. RealtyPA records the name, size and type and files it under your workspace's own storage path.

A contact's FICA tab has its own Documents list and a Request FICA documents button that sends the contact a WhatsApp link to upload their own paperwork.

Is there a file size limit?
The uploader accepts PDFs, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CSV, text, images, audio, video and zip files, and you can select several at once. Nothing in the product stops you at a storage figure, so treat the 10GB Storage line on the R299 plan card in the app as a stated allowance rather than something the CRM counts and enforces. What it does count is deed reports, contact lookups, director lookups and Blu's monthly assistant allowance.
Can I search inside the documents?
No. There is no OCR and no full-text search of document contents. You find a document by opening the property, listing or contact it is attached to.
