Email Campaigns

Newsletters and campaigns, fired straight from your CRM.

Write a newsletter on the Compose tab, check the count on the Audience tab, send yourself a test, then send it to every subscriber. Opens, clicks, unsubscribes and bounces come back on the Stats tab.

How it works

Four steps, not forty.

  1. 1

    Flag your subscribers

Open a contact, choose the POPIA tab, and switch Newsletter subscriber on. That toggle is the entire campaign audience, and it records marketing consent on the contact at the same time.

  2. 2

    Write the email

On the Compose tab fill in Campaign name, Subject line, Preview text, From name and Reply-to email, then paste your newsletter into Email HTML.

  3. 3

    Preview and test

The Audience tab counts every subscriber who has not unsubscribed. The Preview tab renders the body in a sandboxed frame and lets you send a single test copy to one address first.

  4. 4

    Send and measure

Press Send newsletter. A background job works through the list in batches of up to 500 recipients every two minutes, and the Stats tab fills in opens, clicks, unsubscribes and bounces.

The Stats tab shows Recipients, Sent, Open rate, Click rate, Unsubscribed and Bounces, fed by delivery-event webhooks from the sending provider rather than by polling.

Questions

About Email Campaigns.

Which address do campaigns send from?

Campaigns go out from your agency's own verified sending domain. We provision it and hand you the DNS records, and Send newsletter stays disabled until that domain verifies.

Is this POPIA-compliant?

Yes. The audience drops any contact who has withdrawn marketing consent or is on your suppression list, and every campaign email carries a personalised unsubscribe link plus a one-click List-Unsubscribe header.

Can I see how a campaign performed?

Yes. Each campaign has a Stats tab showing Recipients, Sent, Open rate, Click rate, Unsubscribed and Bounces.
