Google Calendar sync, agency wide
Sync is set up once against your Google Workspace domain, with no per-user sign-in. Appointments you save push out to Google, and a background job pulls Google events back in.
Viewings, showhouses, and deadlines. One schedule.
Built for Limpopo estate agents working Bendor, Fauna Park, Welgelegen, and beyond. Calendar has no provincial version and nothing regional to switch on. Agents in Limpopo get the same screens and the same fields as agents anywhere else in South Africa. What changes is the stock you work, not the software.
Calendar sits in the sidebar on a desktop screen, and under More on a phone. It opens on Week view. Switch to Month, Day or Schedule, and Schedule can span 7, 14 or 30 days.
Set a title and type, then start and end date and time, then pick a reminder from 10 minutes before up to 2 days before.
Attach the contact and property under Related to, then set Who has access. Once the appointment is saved a Guests section appears, and adding a guest sends a real calendar invite.
Calendar connections are not self-serve today. We link your agency's Google Workspace once, and from then on every appointment you save flows through to Google.

A buyer books a slot on your agent website. RealtyPA re-checks the slot is still free, files the contact, the lead and the appointment, and emails a confirmation. A returning buyer is matched to the contact you already hold rather than duplicated.
The calendar shows every appointment you have access to, so team viewings and showhouses are visible, and a search box narrows it down.
Yes. Calendar has no Limpopo version and no provincial setting to configure. An agency working Bendor, Fauna Park, Welgelegen, and beyond gets the same screens, the same fields and the same defaults as an agency anywhere else in South Africa. The province is the context you bring to it: median Limpopo price is R890k, and the trend there is slow-and-steady, government-anchored.
Yes, and it is set up for the whole agency rather than by each agent. Your Google Workspace admin authorises RealtyPA's service account once, then appointments you save push out to Google and a background job pulls Google events back in. That job runs every 15 minutes but only syncs a user once their own sync interval has elapsed, and the default is hourly.
No, and it cannot be switched on for a single workspace either. The connection is built, with Connect Outlook Calendar, Sync Now, a Sync Range, Auto Sync and a Sync Frequency, plus its own OAuth start, callback, status and disconnect endpoints. None of it runs in the shipped build. The production API carries no Outlook OAuth credentials, so starting a connection answers Outlook Calendar OAuth is not configured every time, and the self-serve connections switch is one build-wide constant set to off rather than a per-workspace setting. Google is the calendar sync you can use today.
The booking is created as an appointment in RealtyPA with the buyer's details, the slot is re-checked for a clash first, a contact and a lead are created alongside it, a confirmation email goes out, and it is pushed to the agent's Google Calendar when your agency's Google connection is in place.
