Blu runs its own searches over your records, counts rows when you ask for a total instead of guessing from one page of results, and can hand you a button that jumps to Properties, Listings, Leads, Contacts, Tasks, Appointments, Settings or Billing.
A create or a change comes back as a summary with a Confirm button. The confirmation is tied to your user and expires after five minutes, and the record saves through the same path the CRM itself uses.
Blu searches properties by address and stage, contacts by name, phone or email, leads by stage, tasks and the diary by date, listings by price, your notes and your synced email. Every search is scoped to the records you already have access to.

The mobile app follows that same width rule rather than checking the platform, so an iPhone gets the floating button and an iPad, which runs the app in landscape, gets the desktop sidebar tile instead. One rough edge to know about: at exactly 800 pixels wide neither control draws, and the way in is the Ask Blu row on the Help Center page. Conversations are kept in the browser you are using, so a thread on your phone and a thread at your desk are separate.
On the reading side: search properties, contacts, leads, tasks, appointments, listings, notes and synced email, count records, and tell you your plan, renewal date, team size and what you have used this month. Email search matches the subject line, not the sender. On the writing side: create a task, a note or an appointment, change a property price, stage or description, and pull a title deed. That is the whole list of what you can ask for in the drawer. Blu cannot delete anything, send an email or a WhatsApp for you, edit a contact or publish a listing. Blu does one more job outside the drawer, where you do not ask for it: the AI Overview on a rental application, which summarises the applicant and works out an affordability band.
No. Every search Blu runs is scoped to your own user and your own workspace, so it returns only records you already have access to. A pending confirmation is re-checked against your access when you press it, so one left open in an old session cannot write to a record you have since lost access to.
